E-Design

Online Design Packages - One room at a time

For those of you that are far away, have a tighter budget to work with, or prefer to handle things yourself, this service is designed for you.

WHO NEEDS E-DESIGN?

Smaller-scale projects, single rooms

People that like to get their hands dirty and do it themselves

Projects that require more decorating as opposed to renovation

Projects with smaller budgets, where retail and easily sourced products and finishes will fit the bill

Call me, or email me, and tell me all about the room or rooms you would like to redesign. You can reach me here.  During our initial phone call or email exchange, we’ll discuss your project requirements and design concepts and goals, and your likes and dislikes (aka, your hopes and dreams). We’ll also discuss all spatial and functional requirements, any existing items or furniture to be incorporated into the new design, and your budget (practical stuff).

To get started, there are a few things I will need from you:

  • Answers to the Design Questionnaire
  • Your design homework. Your homework assignment is to collect pictures, magazine pages, ads, catalogues, website links, favorite movie sets, and any other visual aids and references you can gather to guide me in understanding your likes and dislikes.
  • Photos of the rooms to be redesigned and pictures with measurements of any items to be reused.
  • Measurements of the room or rooms. Click here for instructions for Measuring a Room
  • Payment in full for each room (plus shipping - shipping charges to be prepaid prior to shipment of completed packages)
